Along New Tracks is a materialbased exploration, where I’ve picked, broken and reworked concrete, brick and paving to create ceramic glazes. The process has given the vases an aesthetic and identity that suggests a Gothenburg building upwards and outwards, and the tracks left behind.

Waste products and residues from building sites create glazes in a sober, refined colour scheme. With ancient artisan technique, timeless universal forms are combined with an urban, site-specific identity. The materialisation of a slow, reflective urban contemporary archaeology.
